As a graduate of Mt. St. Mary’s University (Emmitsburg) and the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, Ms. Kessler began her career in Montgomery County at a small general practice firm, assisting individuals, families and small businesses who had been sued in civil matters. This allowed Ms. Kessler to give her clients personalized and comprehensive legal services. She continued her focus on protecting and reassuring her clients when she became a trial attorney for a national insurance company.
For over thirty-four years, Ms. Kessler has handled defense of claims and lawsuits against her clients, individuals and businesses alike in the State and Federal courts in Maryland and the District of Columbia. That type of extensive experience, defending claims on behalf of individual drivers, homeowners and businesses gives her the unique and comprehensive skills to advise and represent clients in making claims for compensation they are due as a victim of a serious accident, a home or business property loss.
